Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your MIOR watch.
If there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to fix it.

RETURNS

You can request a return if:
• You raise the request within 7 days of delivery
• The watch is unused
• It is returned in the original box
• All tags, films, and packaging are intact

Returns won’t be accepted if:
• The watch has been worn
• The strap has been adjusted
• Protective film is removed
• The product is damaged after use

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only if:
• You received a damaged item
• You received the wrong product
• There is a manufacturing defect

You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.

NOTE:
You’ll need to share:
• An unboxing video (mandatory)
• Clear photos of the issue

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the product:
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will go back to your original payment method
